What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Forms on this site collect only what is needed to answer you: name, contact details, country, language, the course or collaboration you're asking about, and the page and campaign parameters (UTM) you arrived from.
Marketing updates and service messages are handled separately. You can stop marketing updates at any time without affecting the reply to an existing inquiry.
Data is held in a permission-controlled system and reachable only by authorised staff. Write to us to see, correct or delete your data.
LINE official account and the student / customer systems
When you contact us through our LINE official account, or open the student area, member booking, dealer or in-store systems from LINE, we receive and store your LINE user identifier and display name so we can recognise you and match conversations to your records. Messages you send in the chat are stored in our support system and read and answered by our staff. If you have not yet linked your identity, messages are held without a name attached and merged into your records once your identity is confirmed.
If you are a student, homework photos you upload are stored in access-controlled storage, used only for your instructor to assess and for teaching records, with no automatic deletion period. If you pay online we retain the transaction reference and amount needed for reconciliation; full payment details are handled by the payment provider and we do not receive your card number.
You can block or unfollow the official account at any time to stop receiving messages, and you can write to us to access, correct or delete the data above, including unlinking your LINE identity and deleting uploaded homework photos.
