About Wendy
From a single beauty chair in Kaohsiung to classrooms, judging panels and competition stages across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Wendy started behind the chair. Facing a different eye shape, a different lash condition and a different expectation every day, she noticed something: the same method on two different people produces two different results. The difference was never hand speed. It was judgment.
To write that judgment down, she began breaking out the reason behind every decision — why this shield size, why this processing time, why this lash should be left alone. That breakdown became a curriculum, and later became the way she reads a competition score sheet.
Since moving into lash education in 2019, her work has had three parts: building her own teaching system, teaching abroad, and judging and writing standards at international competitions. Each one sharpens the others — teaching forces clarity, judging forces rigour, competition keeps the standard honest.
She began taking students into international competition on 21 May 2024. As of 22 August 2026 they have won 56 award placements, among them 23 first places, 19 seconds and 12 thirds. For Wendy, competing is not decoration on a CV; it is how a teaching method is put in front of a third-party standard.

It began on the salon floor. Working with different eye shapes, lash conditions and client expectations, she gradually organised the reasoning behind each decision into a teachable order of judgment. Since taking up teaching in earnest in 2019 she has continued to fold salon practice, overseas teaching and competition judging back into the curriculum.
