WENDY

Wendy is the founder of the WLSC lash championship, and works as a lash educator, international competition judge and speaker. Wendy trains judgment first and technique second: you learn to read the eye shape, the natural lash condition and the likely reaction, then work through why a particular shield, placement, timing and processing order was chosen. Homework and finished sets are reviewed against logic that can be explained, repeated and checked against scoring criteria — the aim is a method you can reproduce, not a single good result.

If you are starting from zero or your results are inconsistent, look at the one-to-one Foundation & Correction course. To sharpen bundle placement and give your work a recognisable signature, look at the Japanese Tabajuku technique. If you are preparing to compete, consider Competition Training. If you want to understand hair structure and chemical reactions, consider the Hair Theory & Practice seminar. There is also the two-hand lash enhancement course and an online course. Start from Global Journey, where every entry carries a year, a country and a role, then open the individual record to check what the event was and who organised it. Wendy's own awards, judging, stage appearances and overseas teaching are collected on the International Record; student results are collected on Student Competition Results. An entry marked as a confirmed invitation has not happened yet — only entries marked as completed carry on-site evidence.

Yes. Wendy currently accepts invitations to judge competitions, to speak at forums or brand events, to run overseas masterclasses and educator training, and for brand collaborations and media interviews. Please use the collaboration form and include the country, city, intended dates, format, expected audience size, working language, budget or scale, and details of the organiser; the team will confirm feasibility against her calendar.
