From choosing a course to working together internationally — the questions that matter, answered from public records.
051What is a lash lift?
A lash lift uses a two-step reagent process to rearrange the bonds inside the natural lash, so the lash itself is raised from the root and set at a designed angle. Nothing is glued on. The lashes are placed on a silicone shield, softened by the first solution, re-set by the second, and conditioned afterwards. The effect grows out with the natural lash cycle, usually over about six to eight weeks. Because it works on hair structure, reading the lash condition and controlling processing time matter more than hand speed.
059What are the most common reasons a lash lift fails?
A few recur constantly: a shield that does not match the eye shape or the lash length; uneven separation and placement, so one row ends up at several angles; processing time taken from the product leaflet instead of the lash condition, giving over- or under-processing; reagent placed too close to the root or carried over the tips; the setting solution removed before it has finished; and water, rubbing or oil-based cleansers in the first hours afterwards. The finish alone rarely says which one it was, so correction always starts by retracing the process, not by repeating it.

021What does the online course include?
The online course uses animation and case studies to break down common problems, the thinking behind each step and the reason for each decision. It works well as revision between in-person sessions, or as background. Before enrolling, please confirm the viewing period, supported devices, subtitle languages, how updates are handled and whether homework feedback is included.

022Can the online course replace hands-on training entirely?
Not necessarily. Online material suits theory, case study and repeated revision. Anything that depends on feel, hand correction, reading a live client or being corrected in the moment usually still needs in-person teaching. The team will explain the difference between online, in-person and blended formats based on your level and your goal.

029Do I receive a certificate on completion?
Whether a certificate is issued, on what conditions, under what name and by which body is set out in that course's written information. Where a verifiable certificate is issued, the completion, homework or assessment requirements are stated and the certificate carries a number or QR code you can check. A certificate of completion records that you finished the course; it is not a government licence or any other international qualification.
032What does a course cost, and what is included?
The fee depends on the course, the format, the region, the host, the materials and any interpreting. Before payment the team gives you the currency, taxes, deposit, balance, materials, models, certificate, travel and accommodation and any other cost that may apply, so you see the full figure before you decide rather than negotiating it in private messages.
